All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Shipping charges range from $1.50 and upwards based on weight in ounces. Order weights totaling 16 ounces or less will be shipped via First Class Mail. Order weights totaling 16 ounces or more will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Actual total shipping charges are indicated on the order form and above, but additional charges may be incurred if the shipping weight exceeds 5 pounds, or on orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges that may apply.

Your standard order will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding Dealer orders) unless the item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order indicating estimated delivery time if backordered.
Your personalized order (clipboards or door hangers) will be processed and shipped within 7 days.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please call or email us if you have questions or experience any difficulties with our products.

If your purchase is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier or contact us at orders@jscodesigns.com within 48 hours and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund.
